The Beginning of Our Story

Turtle Learn's journey began in 2022 as a social responsibility pilot project in collaboration with the Hong Kong Education University's Institute for Special Needs and Inclusive Education (ISNIE), combining traditional teaching with cutting-edge technology to develop a series of products that help children learn Chinese. The 'turtle' in our name comes from the fable 'The Tortoise and the Hare,' reminding children that learning is not about who wins at the starting line — it's about persevering to the end and achieving satisfying results. In 2024, Turtle Learn was officially established, dedicated to providing students with tailored learning solutions through innovative technology.

Why "Turtle Learn"? — The Tug and Push of Learning

Teachers and parents often face a dilemma: pushing students too hard makes them lose interest in learning, while being too hands-off risks them falling behind. This tug-of-war between push and let-go plays out every day.

The Push of Learning

"Learn" represents the journey — a student's ability should not be defined by a single exam. We want students to truly understand knowledge through the journey of learning, using scientific methods to improve learning efficiency and persistently building their own knowledge bank. "Turtle" represents push — we are dedicated to providing students with a steady driving force, helping them find their own learning rhythm and cultivating a genuine thirst for knowledge.

Grades and Skills

We know this pain point well: rote memorisation is not a long-term solution — students forget everything after the exam. In contrast, a joyful and inspiring learning process etches skills deep into their bones. Take riding a bike: once you learn, you never forget, even after years without practice. What we pursue is exactly this kind of deep learning ability — "once learned, never forgotten."

Turtle Learn's goal is simple and clear: let students' grades and skills advance side by side, rather than having to choose only one.

Our Products

Our products have undergone rigorous user testing and received widespread recognition from parents and educators. Our flagship product, the Chinese learning series 'Touring Turtle: A Chinese Adventure,' strictly follows the Hong Kong Education Bureau's authoritative curriculum guidelines and was developed in collaboration with the Education University of Hong Kong.
